Silvia's story
Welcoming people has always come naturally to me.
Vittoria 36 MF Bergamo grew out of a story of hospitality, family and homecoming: a home restored with care, designed to make every guest feel they are exactly where they should be.

Your host in Bergamo
I welcome you with presence, care and discretion.
My path
Tourism, family and passion: the path that brought me back here.
I studied tourism because being around people has always come naturally to me. I like understanding what will make someone feel good, anticipating a need, making an arrival, a stay, a day in an unfamiliar city feel simple.
After my studies I spent a season in London, at the Hyde Park Hotel, the historic five-star now known as the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park. That is where I learned that hospitality is not made of grand gestures but of details: order, attention, discretion, and knowing how to be there at the right moment.
In the early 2000s I was among the first in Bergamo to believe in this way of hosting. I wanted to offer a home that felt cared for and personal, quite unlike an anonymous room: a place where anyone arriving could feel genuinely welcomed.
Then I stepped back to devote myself to my family and my four children. Today, with them grown up, I feel ready to start again and return to what I love: opening a home, looking after guests, and doing it with enthusiasm, experience and simplicity.

Today
My passions become tips for the people who arrive.
Now that my children have grown up, I am going back to what feels most natural to me: welcoming people. Vittoria 36 MF Bergamo has been carefully restored to offer an apartment that is elegant but human, professional but warm.
Cycling is my greatest passion. Whenever I can, I set off to discover the villages, the climbs and the most beautiful corners near Bergamo: genuine places, often well away from the obvious routes. That is where many of my most honest recommendations for guests come from.
I also love cooking, and desserts most of all. To me, welcoming someone means creating a warm, simple, family atmosphere: not merely running an apartment, but preparing a place where people can truly feel at home.
Family
The pause did not take me away from hospitality: it made it more genuine.
In those years I learned even more about what it means to be there for someone: organising, listening, anticipating needs and creating a calm environment. It is the same attention I bring to Vittoria 36 MF Bergamo today, with enthusiasm and a more seasoned kind of care.
